Insurance
Activate Podiatry offer our services for self-funding patients and also through a number of insurance companies. It's important to note that each insurance provider has its own rules and requirements. Some may require a pre-authorisation code before treatment, while others may not. Additionally, certain providers may ask for a GP's referral or opinion prior to proceeding with treatment. Please check with your insurer for specific details regarding your coverage. Below, I’ll outline more information on the policies of individual insurance companies.

BUPA
BUPA requires pre-authorisation before you can arrange your appointment.
It is your responsibility to contact BUPA and obtain the necessary pre-authorisation for the relevant codes before your appointment. Activate Podiatry cannot liaise with BUPA on your behalf. If you do not secure pre-authorisation, you will be responsible for any charges at our self-pay rates.
If you have any questions about your policy coverage, please contact BUPA before your appointment.
