Musculoskeletal Assessment with Gait Analysis
Our musculoskeletal assessment diagnoses foot and lower limb issues, while video gait analysis identifies the biomechanical causes. This helps us determine the best treatment, which may include rehab exercises, orthoses (insoles), footwear changes, or onward referrals such as to a physiotherapist or orthopaedic surgeon.
Bespoke Foot Orthoses (Insoles)
Once a diagnosis has been formulated and the gait analysis has been performed, an in-depth treatment plan will be proposed.
This may include the prescription of bespoke orthoses. Bespoke orthoses are custom-made devices designed to go into your shoes to improve biomechanical function.
Tailored Exercise Prescription
Upon diagnosis, your comprehensive treatment plan may include a tailored exercise programme with specific rehabilitation measures, along with recommendations for footwear suited to your activities and biomechanical needs.
